Ebonyline is dedicated to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for items in their original, factory-sealed condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wigs and hairpieces must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ebonyline account or use the guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all lace uncut and tags attached, then securely pack the item along with a copy of your invoice or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to your package and send it to our returns department; we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
